Andy Pitarre is a gem! Buying a house in Oakland is absolute madness, but Andy made it somewhat saner for me. Andy is knowledgeable about houses in the East Bay. This is the second time that we have worked with Andy and Britnee to purchase a replacement property for a 1031 exchange.
